BCM Manager for DSV Road serving UK and Ireland

Through regionalisation, the BCM teams of UK and Ireland have recently joined forces with a common goal; to innovate, develop and implement solutions to support the business, drive results and exceed our Customers’ expectations. We are now searching for a Business Change Manager to help lead the way forward to achieve our common goals across Ireland and UK.

The Position

This is a newly formed BCM team and as such you will play a central role in leading the team as we develop and implement both group and local projects. Your responsibilities will include, supporting the UK & IE Road operation to improve our data quality and operational workflows. As a business partner you will provide assistance in the successful delivery of DSV Road´s strategic projects, have the relevant experience and skills to impart knowledge of our products, services and processes to other colleagues throughout the business.

The Team

Supported by the Director, BCM, UK & IE, you will join a department driven by process improvement with the courage to change and challenge the business. We are a dedicated team with a broad range of experience and knowledge plus the right level of understanding to promote change positively across business units.

The Ideal Candidate

Process driven with effective communication skills at all levels within the business as well as the ability to influence others.
Strong operational knowledge coupled with change management experience to optimise results.
Can analyse and transfer business needs into IT/Automation requirements.
Confident in your ability to handle resistance effectively.
Have previous experience leading, organising and motivating a team.
Structured in your work but at the same time adaptable in line with ever changing priorities to achieve deadlines.
