The annual conference and awards were held in Edinburgh on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 20th - 22nd of January.
This particular award was measured on:

• Customer Satisfaction Surveys
• Brand Representation
• Business Composite monthly submission
• Retail Parts Performance
Chris Marshall commented,
“Over the past 9 years of the competition, we have been runners up on 2 occasions and winners on 5 occasions, which is some achievement when considering the high quality of our competition. It is a real credit to the sustained efforts and commitment of the whole team that make such a performance possible, and winning gives DSV Commercials the recognition that everyone in our team deserves.

To make the night even more pleasurable, DSV Commercials won a Gold Award for being recognised as a 5 star service provider, only 4 out of 67 workshops achieved 28 out of 28 KPI’s delivering customer excellence throughout 2016, and DSV Commercials was one of them.
DSV Commercials also finished 3rd out of the 67 workshops for the highest customer survey scoring, unfortunately only the top 2 were formally recognised on the night.
