DSV appoints new customer service manager

DSV has appointed Kelly Dennis, based in Purfleet, to head up its customer service team and to further enhance relationships with its clients across the UK.

Kelly, who was previously a customer service manager for a UK freight forwarding company, brings a wealth of experience to DSV and says she is keen to apply her passion for delivering great service to her new role.

Reflecting on her new appointment Kelly commented “It is clear that operational excellence and delivering great customer service have always been high priorities for DSV and I am delighted to be joining what is already a team of committed professionals. I also fully understand that our clients are very reliant on us and I am excited to have the opportunity to bring some new initiatives to the role and to streamline processes so we can deliver an even higher level of service.”

Kelly, will report to Michael Heard, who also commented on her appointment: “At DSV, we are focused on providing the very best customer experience and I am sure this will only be enhanced by Kelly’s introduction, I am confident her considerable experience and expertise will add value for our customers across the UK and Europe. Kelly will also be very involved with our Customer Service Training Academy – a programme developed in May which is delivering excellent results and continuous development of staff.”
