Claims handling

To all our customers in DSV UK.

DSV has established a new claims handling centre to standardise our claims handling and services.
If your goods are not insured by DSV, please report your liability claims to our Shared Service Centre (SSC) from 11th March 2013.

Claims are reported online

Please include the following information when you report the claim:

  • Delivery note (CMR, B/L & AWB) with signature
  • Shipping number
  • Pictures
  • Commercial invoice
  • Liability letter including your financial claim

If your goods are insured, please report claims to your local DSV office as per the usual procedure.
